Return & Refund Policy
1. General Return Policy
We strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a product of inadequate quality or one that does not match the description, we are ready to offer a replacement or refund.
2. Timeframe
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep the product in its original packaging and attach photos if you have quality concerns.
3. Return Conditions
- Product is unopened or has visible defects
- Original packaging is preserved
- Order confirmation is available (order number)
4. Refund Process
- Contact us by phone or email
- Describe the issue and attach photos (if applicable)
- We will review your request within 1 business day
- If approved — our courier will pick up the item or we will deliver a replacement
5. Monetary Refunds
Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the purchase. For cash payments — cash upon return of the product. For online payments — to your bank card within 5-10 business days.
6. Exceptions
Perishable goods and alcohol products are non-returnable, except in cases of inadequate quality. Return of alcohol products is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
